All print orders are printed to order and take 1–2 days to fulfil before shipping. Standard shipping should arrive 3–5 business days after printing and express shipping should arrive within 1–3 business days of printing.

All other items are processed within 1–2 business days with the same shipping times.

We ship internationally, and it is possible that you may be liable for local taxes or duties. This is not always the case, but in that event, any such charges are your responsibility.

Print order shipping

Shipping for print orders is calculated at checkout to ensure the best cost for you. If you order additional non-print items they may incur separate shipping costs.

All other items

Shipping for non-print orders art handled directly by the artists. Shipping costs and availability will be noted on the product page and are calculated at checkout.

Our returns policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Online courses
* Downloadable products
* Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Books, zines and comics with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Returning an item

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please return all items to the return address on your package. Please note that some items may be sent directly from the artist or vendor.

To return your product, you should email hey@singlestandard.co to notify us of your return and reason, then mail your product to the address on your packages shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50/$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us at hey@singlestandard.co.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@singlestandard.co and send your item to the return address on the package label.
